Validation software update recommended. New 10gr, 20gr, 50gr and 1 PLN coins – 2020!

Ladies and Gentlemen,

National Bank of Poland successively introduces into circulation new coins 10gr, 20gr, 50gr, 1 zloty made of steel covered with copper and nickel (they are made of a different alloy). These are coins with the date 2020 on them.

Unfortunately, the current software in all MEI Cashflow coin validators prevents the acceptance of the above-mentioned coins.

Due to this situation, there may be information from customers about poor or non-acceptance of coins, resulting in a decrease in turnover and damaged (scratched) vending machines.
